Matt Longueville
CEO/Visionary
Matt has spent over 15 years working in the hospitality industry in various roles bartending, developing beverage programs, and managing restaurants. Matt’s company, Barkeep LLC, specializes in marketing, events, and cocktails. His mission is to make cocktails less intimidating and more approachable by emphasizing collaboration, creativity, and community. Barkeep has crafted cocktails and strategy for several of St. Louis’ major events, including LouFest, MOBOT Whittaker Music Festival, Mardi Gras, Mayor’s Ball, Q in the Lou, and more. Barkeep also works with spirit companies including Beam Suntory, Sazerac, MGP Ingredients, and Luxco in creating experiential marketing strategies and creating cocktail recipes. Matt loves connecting and exposing people to the wonderful world of cocktails through creative experiences and friendly service!

Samantha Lee
Strategist/Operations
Samantha has a diverse background in marketing, design, and strategy. Her career has led her to work for both small and large firms including one of the top furniture manufacturers in the country, boutique design firms, and promising start-ups. Samantha has consulted with a variety of businesses across various industries helping them to start up, improve operations, and create new strategies. With years of experience in the manufacturing industry, she is a focused project manager with a strong understanding of process and production. Samantha collaborates with teammates, clients, and partners to bring ideas into existence through strategy and design.

David Rygiol
Creative Director
David is a designer and illustrator working in St. Louis, MO where he lives with his wife and four kids. After finishing his BFA in Graphic Design, he discovered a love for illustration and began including more image making in his work. He currently runs his independent design practice, RYE-JOL, teaches ComDes at Washington University in St. Louis, and is the Co-President of Type Hike: a collaborative non-profit design project that celebrates and supports the outdoors through typography.
Keith Metcalf
Industrial Designer
Keith E. Metcalf is an Industrial Designer with over 25 years of design experience. He has a passion for all facets of design with a strong focus on furniture. Keith has designed a wide range of award-winning products including bicycles, toys, contract office furniture, smart devices and more. During his journey, Keith founded Design4U as an innovative and integrative design studio. Operating as a holistic “maker” space, Design4U utilizes in-house capabilities and technology to create new and inspirational solutions for all markets.
